As I am certain you have observed, Bowser Koopa has kidnapped one Ms. Sari Sumdac.

He has challenged the aligned forces of good to a Race for her freedom.

Looking across the DATS duty roster, I believe you may be among the best suited to earning Ms. Sumdac her freedom.

What do you say, Agent? Can you burn some rubber?

Agent Sonic reported the use of low yield explosives, tar slicks, ballistic kamemon shells, and full contact between the carts, as well as outside interference by spectators and natural course hazards.

Given how we are not certain where the race will be taking place, I cannot speak to that last one.

King Bowser himself, as well as one of his lieutenants.

We have confirmation that Haku Eikichi's husband will be taking part in this, as well as the Autobot Bulkhead. ... I am really not certain how that will work.

Otherwise, he seems to be controlling the sign up roster. We have various unaligned sorts volunteering, but we don't know whether or not they'll be racing.

I share your concern, but there is an old joke that fits here.

What do you give a rampaging bull elephant?

The answer is... Whatever it wants.

I do not believe that we could force Bulkhead to sit this one out even if we deployed the heavy division against him.

I don't deny that.

I am merely hoping he can be used to our advantage, rather than Bowser set him up to be our detriment.
