Attention, all DATS personnel.

As of this moment, I am issuing a formal kill on sight order with regards to the tamers Finitevus the Echidna, and Alyssa the HSAT.

These tamers are armed, dangerous, and have no regard for life of any sort. Attempting to capture these tamers poses too great a risk to all DATS members as well as any law enforcement officers whom may be involved.

Lethal force is authorized and encouraged. If you cannot bring yourself to act in such a manner with regards to these tamers, then you should not be investigating them in the first place. Again, these are DANGEROUS tamers and no quarter is to be given under any circumstances.

Furthermore, all DATS agents are advised that any known bases of these tamers are not to be entered under any circumstances. DATS Intelligence will evaluate these locations, and without my explicit instructions to the contrary, demolitions are to be commenced immediately upon completion of the analysis.

I don't want to see anyone else getting hurt because we underestimated these two.

Also, this order has not been discussed by DATS command. Ivan is making a proactive order here. XD If your character's uncertain about this, that's quite all right.)

...um, might I be asking what exactly happened to prompt this, Ivan? I certainly don't recall being informed of putting things on that level... Not that I can necessarily wholly disagree more proactive measures have to be taken on these people...

These two have shown a complete disregard for life and the well-being of anyone but themselves. In Every. Single. Encounter.

We've suffered losses against them EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

And we have nothing to show for it.

The casualties for DATS, for local officials, and especially for civilians has risen into the hundreds. We're approaching quadruple digits.

The only time they've even been slowed down is when Agent Kazama thrashed them both within inches of their lives. We cannot keep people safe if we try to pull our punches with them.

I just finished debriefing agent Testarossa about their investigation of the suspected facility belonging to those two.

It went poorly.

Agent Miria is in need of serious repairs, and the facility itself has been obliterated by a self destruct protocol.

Ask agent Testarossa if you want more details. At this point, the potential loss of life and material is too great to take half measures. These two are perhaps MORE indiscriminate than Kurata.

I get the need for it, but it kinda pisses me off that he's saying "if you can't kill them don't even bother being involved". Great, thanks, way to throw me to the wind because I'm incapable of doing that, nevermind all the shit they've BOTH done to my and my family! And all the work I've already done on the cases they've been involved in!

But that already makes me too 'emotionally involved' so he probably wouldn't listen to me anyway, so, whatever.

That said, there are still ways you can help. That's why we're an organization. You know how Ivan is, also. He doesn't hold anything in. Like... every. Seriously. The man just up and told me what he had for breakfast one day.

I don't want you off this case, though, even if Ivan says otherwise. That's my stand on the matter.

Greg. Ivan is also a military man. A former mercenary, who killed as a way of life. Of course he expects different things than the rest of us.

However, you shouldn't be telling me all of this. Talk to commander Daimon or Nanoha.

Just, personally? It's less that you aren't prepared to kill an adversary, it's more that you need to be prepared to do whatever you can to stop them. Remember Greg, they push us.

It doesn't make you a monster to fight back in the name of something better.

Greg? This is going to sound like the darkest thing you're ever going to hear me say, but.

Being prepared to do what you must doesn't necessarily mean you have to be the one to strike the final blow.

I've killed before, Greg. The first time I did was when I was very young. But I've also known lots of people who can't do things like that, and I never thought they were weak. What mattered was that they did everything in their own power to fight for themselves, and others.

I never would have succeeded without their support.
